Our kitchen projects tend to include custom tile backsplashes, stone or quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, solid wood floors, and door and window trim that matches the original house. Our bathrooms tend to have custom built tile showers, custom cabinetry, and designs that utilize every square foot of available space.

Older Homes

Most of our work is done in older homes in south Minneapolis, although we do at times work all over the city and occasionally even in St. Paul.

Personal Service

Sean will be the first person you meet when we come to provide a free bid. Sean will also your primary contact person throughout the project. And he will be the person who asks if you are completely happy with the results when the project is completed.

Design

Our design process begins by meeting you and touring your home to get a sense of your likes and dislikes. Rather than put “our stamp” on your home, we listen to your preferences and educate ourselves by observing what you gravitate towards. You will not hear us say “You want this …” or “You don’t want to do that…” Instead, we list the pros and cons of choices. We also explain the structural concerns and mechanical demands of the space we are remodeling, so you understand the reasons behind certain requirements. This empowers you, so by the end of the design process, you are the driver and we are the co-pilot.
