The project had a couple of complications. First, we have only one bathroom, but Sean worked through that problem with us in the most considerate, helpful way possible. We left the house for only two nights, while the tile floor was being laid and finished. The second complication, the covid-19 pandemic, hit about two weeks into the project. We collectively made the decision to go ahead with the project, which meant that Sean, my husband and I would all be working full-time, in close quarters, every day. He sent us daily emails with a plan for the day, and he just kept going with his superb craftsmanship, creating a beautiful bathroom perfectly tailored for us, taking time every day for absorbing conversations with us. In short, the process was enjoyable, and the finished product is lovely.”
